STRENGTH & CONDITIONINGStrength & Conditioning is crucial to the success of an athlete at every level of competition. Increasing your muscle mass and bone density are just a few benefits and result in a stronger athlete as well as decreasing the risk of injury. Conditioning is crucial to an athletes ability to sustain a high level of intensity during competition and delay the onset of fatigue. Fatigue will inhibit an athletes quality of play and breakdown their technique.

SPEED & AGILITYOur speed & agility sessions use revolutionary vertimax platforms to apply banded resistance and develop quick twitch muscles fibers. Quick twitch muscle fibers are used in high speed contraction of muscles (any movements done fast) like changing direction, accelerating, beating defenders, running routes, defending etc.

ROTATIONAL & VERTICAL TRAININGRotational training session also incorporate or Vertimax platforms to apply banded resistance a develop quick twitch rotational explosiveness. Rotational training provides ginormous advantages to athletes that use rotation to generate force like pitching or hitting a baseball, shooting a lacrosse or soccer ball, throwing a football etc. Vertical jump is a useful tool to have in your arsenal especially is you are a basketball, baseball, football or soccer player!
