10 WEEK YOUTH FITNESS PROGRAM
Our 10 week youth fitness program offers a 1 hour class every Monday from 5-6pm and 6-7pm starting November 10th. During this 10 week program you will be challenged with a series of workouts designed to help push you and your individual abilities to the next level. These workout will focus on developing your speed, agility, strength, endurance, flexibility and explosiveness!

STRENGTH & CONDITIONINGStrength & Conditioning is crucial to the success of an athlete at every level of competition. Increasing your muscle mass and bone density are just a few benefits and result in a stronger athlete as well as decreasing the risk of injury. Conditioning is crucial to an athletes ability to sustain a high level of intensity during competition and delay the onset of fatigue. Fatigue will inhibit an athletes quality of play and breakdown their technique.

SPEED & AGILITYOur speed & agility sessions use revolutionary vertimax platforms to apply banded resistance and develop quick twitch muscles fibers. Quick twitch muscle fibers are used in high speed contraction of muscles (any movements done fast) like changing direction, accelerating, beating defenders, running routes, defending etc.
